Background
A former inmate of Bethlem Royal Hospital and friend of James Tilly Matthews, Crow became aware of the Air Loom Gang during his incarceration. After his release, he dedicated himself to tracking the Gang’s operations. Brave but psychologically fragile, he was killed by the Air Loom in the basement of Captain King’s house. His physical form was subsequently assumed by The Middleman.
