The assault culminated in the destruction of the Harmonic Engine via Georgiana’s counter-ritual using the Command Tuning Fork, the rescue of Caroline Hartley, and the capture of Albin Herzfeld.

The assault was planned at the War Council (Session 12) after intelligence confirmed the ritual timeline had shifted from August 15 to August 13. The party launched pre-dawn on 12 August — one day ahead of the ritual’s projected completion. By the time the assault teams entered the theatre, the ritual was active and at an advanced stage, with the Harmonic Engine operational and Chorus Dead animating the tiered seating.
